The best way I can describe it is that Ray has the sincerest work ethic. He really does make a difference. He takes his time with me and doesn't seem to rush out of the room. He always asks if there is anything else can do before he leaves the room. Ray does his job 110%. I feel totally comfortable with him. He is genuine. He is real. I like him a lot as a nurse.
