Alvin smiles every day. Alvin brightens the unit and works well with everyone. He is loved by his co-workers, and most of all by his patients. Every time I call for QA follow-up, all patients remember his name and express gratitude for his excellent care. Alvin brings Mount Sinai to a level where someday I believe we will be the choice of healthcare through consistent, excellent nursing abilities.

Alvin always puts his patients' safety first and involves family in the care as well. His clinical strength has been a good resource for his co-workers in the unit. You can see how he loves nursing. Alvin will stop at what he is doing, proceed to a patient call, and provide treatment and care as requested on demand. He answers RN calls for help, and assists and facilitates with ease.
