Alycia was extremely helpful at a time when we needed her the most. During a stressful and highly emotional event, Alycia went above and beyond to do her best to make sure we as a unit were all okay and well supported. Most of the staff on that night had less than 2 years' experience and Alycia stayed by our side throughout the entire emergency. Alycia's big heart and dedication to her job as a supervisor did not go unnoticed tonight. Alycia deserves all the recognition for her wonderful care towards not only the NICU infant but the staff on the unit as well. Thank you so much!
