...Back in December Alysia was my son's nurse every night for a week straight and when I walked in here recently, she not only remembered my son she remembered me! She gave me a hug and made me feel just amazing! I am a smoker and she watched over his twin even though he was not admitted. Before I even got here she had a rocking chair ready and all the things he likes because she remembered us. She is exceptional! We stayed in Bettendorf at Trinity for 3 days and no one offered us food or drinks, mind you it was Christmas time and I was quite upset at this and she made sure we got a guest tray and everything we needed. At Bettendorf she would take the baby and play with him and hold him in her spare time. She always made a point to come say goodbye to me. She seemed so very excited to see my son again obviously wishing it was a better situation but she is an amazing person! I wish she could be all my children's nurse always! I can't thank her enough for being just so exceptional! Alysia is the best nurse I've ever met!
