Every member of the CCU staff was exceptional in their bedside manner. They were so kind and generous. Times like these are not easy, but the way the CCU staff was with us every step of the way allowed us to grieve as a family - which is something we desperately needed. Alyson Goodlow went above and beyond to help us with the transition and to keep our loved one as comfortable and as peaceful as possible. I just can't put into words how she helped us and how much the CCU compassionate care means to our family.
