I just want to thank this young lady for her outstanding ability to help me in any area she could while I stayed at Holy Cross Hospital. Alyson showed me nothing but a smile when a frown could have been budding, but not once did she give up on her professionalism at any point and I thank her for doing so. It's rare that you find such professionalism and extreme pride taken in a medical center surrounded by so much violence.
