Aly goes the extra mile for her patients to ensure they are comfortable and have all they need during their hospital stay. Aly is a great resource for all staff and a strong mentor to students and new nurses. She offers a kind word for those she senses are distressed and is extremely gifted when working with families during their most difficult times. All her patients and families love her as do her coworkers. She has been a great asset growing into the resource role where she can share her expertise and a caring hand. Aly takes pride in caring for her patients,families,and co-workers and we are proud to have Aly represent the Neuro ICU.
