Alyssa Cavazos, RN

Alyssa is a delight to work with. She is bright and positive. Alyssa has proven to be helpful to our other departments, including registration. A patient came in for battery; however, no information was available at the time of arrival or during registration. Alyssa checked in with the registration department, and we informed her that we were unsuccessful in obtaining the information. Alyssa stated that she recalled the officer and, from the pediatric unit, ran to the ambulance bay to retrieve a case number. She then called us back to share the information. This case number is valuable to all stakeholders involved, including the patient.
