Alyssa Denning, RN

There are a million adjectives to describe Alyssa. She's amazing, kind, caring. She is also very compassionate, empathetic, and attentive, just to name a few of her beautiful qualities. Many nurses can have these qualities, but something that makes Alyssa truly special is her positivity. She is full of hope and confidence. From the moment she walked into the room until the moment she left at night, she was energetic and didn't stop smiling. My husband is 33 years old and has never been in the hospital before. He was scared and nervous, but Alyssa’s smile comforted us and made him feel like he was at home. She truly loves her job. She was very attentive to our needs and acted fast to help him in every possible way. Being a nurse is not easy, but she doesn't let the negative aspects affect her. That's what makes her special and unique. Thank you, Alyssa, for making this hospital a happier place.
