Alyssa Favara, BSN, RN, CEN, TCRN

Alyssa serves as a role model and mentor for nurses in ED and RDU. She is dual board certified, participates in the clinical ladder, and chairs a nursing shared governance council. She supports the professional growth and development of novice to expert nurses by encouraging all levels of nurses to apply for the clinical ladder. She encourages CEN certification for ED nurses. She models a love for learning and builds collaborative working relationships between ED and RDU nurses. Alyssa is an extraordinary nurse educator who deserves to win the DAISY Award!
