Alyssa's attitude and spirit is by far the most outstanding. My daughter has been here in PICU for over a week until we had Alyssa as the nurse. She tried very hard to connect with us and my daughter. She offered to give her a bath, which we didn't know was possible. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and very bright. She acted attentively throughout the time she was with us. She made a world of a difference to make sure not only was my daughter comfortable, but also the both of us as parents.

She was always ready during rounds with the doctors and even reminded us of questions that we posed to her but forgot to ask the doctor. Having Alyssa as a nurse is extraordinary. She always went the extra mile. She is truly an outstanding healthcare provider!
