I want to recognize the two L+D RNs who were on during an emergency OB situation that we had this last weekend. They were able to recognize the dire urgency of the situation and act in a way that allowed me to be able to deliver the baby and have a good outcome. Without their fast action and willingness to step outside of their comfort zones and take on multiple roles, the outcome could have been very different. This was a situation that typically requires a dozen people, and we only had 3-4 people. I am very proud of the work we did the other night given our lack of resources and the good outcome that we had - I could not have done it without your help!
