Alyssa Kostiuk, BSN, RN

Alyssa was initially my intake nurse when I was induced to have my baby. Being this was my first pregnancy I was anxious to be induced. She instantly alleviated my fears with her professional and warm personality. She was also extremely knowledgeable. I was so relieved when she was our nurse again when I actually delivered our son. Alyssa showed autonomy and advocated for me. I truly believe she is what made my birthing experience so positive. I felt empowered and she made my delivery experience so special. She is an incredible nurse and gave me an amazing patient experience.

The entire time I pushed, it was just her in the room, coaching me through every step, and somehow managing to make myself, my husband, and my mother-in-law laugh the entire time. After I delivered, she checked up on us in mother-baby to see how we were doing. I can’t write enough good about Alyssa. I am so thankful to have had her as the nurse who delivered my baby.
