Alyssa M Lautzenheiser, RN

Alyssa Lautzenheiser is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She is very professional and has fantastic people skills! Alyssa is very quick to respond to her patient’s needs. She has a great attitude and always presents herself in a friendly and caring manner. Alyssa kept us informed on my husband’s plan of care. She explained things if we had questions, she was very informed and up to date on all meds, procedures, anything we had a question about. She was always able to help. Every time she enters the room she has a smile on her face and a “what can I do to help you attitude”. I was very worried about giving my husband a new injection when we went home. I told Alyssa about my fear; she let me watch her, explained the process and now I feel confident I will be able to give him his injection.
