I would like to take a moment to recognize and commend the nurse Alyssa M, who was taking care of my mother in the ICU. Her kindness, compassion, and attentiveness have truly stood out during this difficult time for our family. She comes into the room constantly to make sure that all is well with my mom and does whatever it is she has to do, along with making sure my mother is as comfortable as possible. She also takes the time to make sure that we, as visitors, feel cared for and at ease. One especially touching gesture was when she printed out a Mother's Day coloring page, carefully colored it in herself, and placed it on the wall next to a picture of my mother. It said Happy Mother's Day, and that simple act of thoughtfulness meant more than words could express. It's rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated, not just to her duties, but to the human side of caregiving. Her warmth and professionalism have made a lasting impression on us, and I truly believe she exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate and outstanding Nurse. Please consider this a sincere and heartfelt recommendation to acknowledge her excellent care.

My aunt was in the ICU with serious conditions, and nurse Alyssa would arrive with a POSITIVE disposition and very kind aura. My family was anxious for my aunt to wake up from her coma, but Nurse Alyssa's beautiful spirit and professionalism, she always kept us smiling and informed. She was very attentive and made us feel like my aunt mattered. It's been 4 days and, although my aunt is fighting to stay with us, we feel comfort in knowing Nurse Alyssa is her nurse. We appreciate this nurse for caring and showing how much she loves her job. Thank you, Nurse Alyssa!!
