Alyssa Osborne, RN, ADN

Alyssa had a comfort care patient on 2200 whose family wasn’t around. Alyssa knew her patient was actively dying. Alyssa also had three other patients this particular shift. She made time to take care of her other patients as well as spend most of the day with her comfort care patient. Alyssa charted in this patient’s room. She didn’t want her patient to be alone during her last moments. Alyssa ate her lunch in the patient’s room and went above and beyond for this patient to ensure she was cared for during her last moments here on Earth. Alyssa is very diligent with her patients and truly cares!
