Alyssa starts every day with a smile on her face and that smile does not fade once during her whole 12-hour shift. Alyssa remains calm and pleasant with even the most difficult, abrasive patients. No matter how busy she is, when Alyssa walks into a patient's room, she is fully present and takes time to meet all of the patient's needs. Not only is Alyssa one of the kindest souls I've ever come across, but she is also intelligent and able to competently care for the sickest patients. Alyssa Peters truly exemplifies what it means to be a nurse.
