Alyssa was very compassionate, educated, and caring about D, my grandson during his stay at Children's. She was very considerate of his wellbeing and comfort and very courteous to my other grandson and friend with me during our stay. She never complained about anything I asked her to do and was very prompt with her response to need. She was very knowledgeable and informative to me in the care and treatment for D. She understood my concern for D's wellbeing and always was there to help. I know that it is busy on the floor for the nursing staff, so prompt attention is so special.
