I highly recommend Amaal for the DAISY Award because she is an incredibly thoughtful, caring, and attentive nurse. Amaal went out of her way to show that she truly cares for me at a time when everything and everyone in my life made me feel like I wasn’t worth anything.
She and other nurses came together to gather clothes for me so I could make a medical appointment at Saint Louise Clinic. With no family or friends to support me, I felt completely alone—and in that moment, all I wanted was to give up.
But Amaal helped me feel like I mattered, despite the condition I was in. She is an exceptional person with a heart of platinum, and she deserves to be recognized with the DAISY Award for her unwavering commitment, care, and compassion toward her patients.
