I want to acknowledge and thank all the nursing staff at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) for their courtesy and professionalism. I would like to recognize Nurse Amal who cared for my daughter during her hospitalization; she is a dedicated and exceptional nurse. She offered my daughter extraordinary nursing care that exhibited professionalism and excellence. She handled everything pertaining to my daughter's medical condition perfectly. She stands out due to her marvelous personality and compassion. 

Amal is genuinely an outstanding nurse. She is one of the most compassionate nurses I have ever met. Her gentle touch and lovely smile alleviated our anxiety as she addressed our concerns. She greeted us with a bright smile the moment we walked into the PICU, and her positivity and helpfulness were evident throughout.

Amal was renowned for her caring nursing care. She used to draw lovely pictures on my daughter's band-aids after obtaining blood samples from her to keep her happy and ease her anxiety. Amal made our daughter feel at home and at ease despite being terrified and worried. She even brought our daughter a lovely yellow comb and two hair bands, which made her feel so relaxed. Moreover, she also made gorgeous hairstyles for her every morning, drawing delight and happiness on my daughter's face. I did not expect such amazing attention and great care, which exceeded my expectations. These behaviors may seem simple and basic; however, they reflect the extent of the compassionate care that Amal is keen to provide to her patients.
