January 2018 Honoree
amanda bartee, RN
Nurse Amanda is extremely compassionate. She was so prompt and sweet natured. I couldn't help but get the impression that she loves what she does and for her, it's not about anything more than making a positive impact on humanity. I love her attitude!
This meant a lot to me because as a former Air Force Medic I've known many types of nurses and caregivers, the same goes for being a recovering addict as well. Human nature allows us all to judge and stereotype people sometimes even without realizing it. As a person being from both sides of the street, it meant a lot to have a nurse who was in tune with her role and her duties as a nurse and just rocking it by the way. St. Anthony's is my favorite hospital and it's because of nurses like Amanda!

Thank you, Amanda, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
