First off, I want to say thank you to Amanda because she made me feel comfortable, and she was like a safe place. I was able to open up to her and explain my sickness to her, and she helped me relax and feel better about my heart condition. She is a very sweet person and does a very good job of making us patients feel comfortable.

I also like how she does her job with a smile and was there every time I needed her. She has a beautiful heart. If other patients knew about this, they would choose her, so please give her this award cause she is amazing. I can fill this form up to say nothing but amazing things about her.
