Amanda has been so caring and listening while understanding my needs, communicating with my insurance, and other hospitals to ensure I had a smooth transfer. Her attitude is so positive it is infectious (in a good way!). She takes patient advocacy very seriously and knows that she is a part of a team. We think so very highly of her and her caring professionalism.

Amanda was like a ray of sunshine and hope. She took excellent care of me, she even shared pictures that were on her folder of her family and asked about ours. My family and I felt more relaxed and more "at home" because of her caring ways. She was professional and still very kind, caring and we both wish her the best of luck.
