We would like to nominate Ms. Mandy for providing extraordinary care! She was only on her shift for five minutes when we needed to get several things done for Dad and she jumped right in with no reserves. Since then we have had multiple requests that needed to be addressed in short order and she didn't hesitate to get them ALL done. And she continued to ask if there was anything else she could get us. She exemplifies going the extra mile with a smile. We need to duplicate her. Thank you for letting Ms. Mandy take care of us, and Dad is especially grateful.
