Amanda always made sure that we had everything we needed and that we knew to care for our preemie baby. She was so pleasant and made us very comfortable in knowing that she would attend to him swiftly if needed. She educated us on how this baby would be different than our previous full-term child. She made us believe that even when she wasn't at work, she was thinking about the well-being of our child.
