We first met my nurse on the 7 am shift on Sunday morning. I was moved to the ICU from ED late Saturday night. Amanda was immediately attentive, caring, helpful, strong and I could tell she was in a strong position to care for my well-being.
She really knows her stuff, and it shows big time! I felt safe and secure under her care; and knew that things were going to get better. We kidded around and shared some laughs as well, which I loved. We had time to talk about our interests outside of work, families and such. What a driven and inspiring employee you have in her.
