From the initial phone interview through my final visit, Amanda's knowledge of cardiac issues and compassion for her patients was evident. The exercise program she tailored for me along with dietary counseling and mental health counseling were exactly what I needed to bounce back and build myself stronger and healthier. Over several weeks she has become my trusted counselor, coach, and educator on "heart health". Amanda showed an interest in the whole body health and all that affected me from the first day I entered her care. She has been a fantastic listener which I find comforting when asking about all the frightening aches and pains. She has been a source of inspiration and her knowledge and compassion have eliminated a lot of worry and stress.
