It is a little hard to put into words how and why I feel she deserves this award. She has truly been a wonderful instructor in class and in the clinical setting. If there is something that you are not quite understanding she will take the time to explain it to you or show you in a way to make it more understandable. She has a wonderful personality that assists in the learning process. She is very knowledgeable and patient in the teaching and learning aspect. She has great beside manner; the patients were at ease knowing she was there to oversee our duties as students. She made sure I had the learning materials I needed to complete the assignments and assisted in any way that she could. Her feedback on assignments was so beneficial to learn and grow to complete future assignments. She has different ways of teaching that make it a fun and challenging learning environment. All around, I feel she is the best instructor for clinical and class that NWOSU has to offer. In fact, I wish there were more teachers out there that not only taught the way she does but had the passion and caring she has for teaching, as well as seeing you grow as a student and being supportive in anyway that she could. Like I said, it is hard to put into words how wonderful she is as a teacher, clinical instructor, and overall person.
