My 57-year-old dad came in for a quick procedure. From the time he came in, Amanda Dean was so attentive, not only to his questions and needs but to mine and my mother’s. She was very personable and funny as well. This made her easy to talk to and I can tell it eased all our anxiety. There had been a mix up before the procedure as far as protocols to follow before the surgery. When she found this out, she made sure to follow up with the surgeon and then even checked in afterwards to see if things had been settled. After the surgery she also made sure he had everything he needed and got him discharged promptly. I really appreciate her kindness, funniness, and humanity. There is always nervousness and uncertainty when a loved one is going into surgery, or even going to a hospital at all. I felt none of that because of her attentive, calming demeanor. Thank you so much for taking care of my family. You are awesome!
