Amanda Dillon 3, RN

My apologies up front for the length of the write-up on our experience at Dukes Memorial Hospital. We cannot say enough about the Dukes staff that we encountered. Amanda Dillon was Mom’s ER nurse - very kind, professional, and respectful. At one point, she even put her own heated jacket on Mom to keep her warm.

She went above and beyond to keep us all updated and Mom comfortable. She was simply amazing and so compassionate. She took the time to sit and talk with me. She was so caring and compassionate about our situation and definitely went above and beyond. Dukes is so very lucky to have such a caring, respectful, and compassionate nurse.
