Amanda has been heaven sent. Her compassion and professionalism go a long way. We are dealing with something that is very sensitive to my daughter's health. Not once did she have a judgmental tone or demeanor. She made us still feel like, well I should say, my daughter, feel special. Because of the condition my daughter has, the world could be very difficult and judgmental. St. Francis made her feel at home and well taken care of. Amanda was more than a nurse; she became family during our stay. The smile on her face and her energy made all the stress go away. Also, the fact that she was able to be so alert to my daughter's wants and needs made me feel very great because like any parent, my biggest fear was for anyone to treat her differently. My fear was greatly eased because or Amanda. With that being said, I want to thank you all for welcoming and caring for her!
