Amanda Erickson, RN

Amanda exemplifies all of our PRIDE values and demonstrates them consistently. More than once, I have seen her spending time, even on very busy days, taking patients for walks outside or playing cards with them. She makes a special effort to find out individual patients' interests, and she engages with them with a smile on her face. She provides excellent patient care that is individualized to each particular patient's needs. She shows respect and integrity by standing up as a true patient advocate, seeking ways to identify problems by sharing and exploring solutions with every member of the healthcare team. She deserves this award.
