Amanda is a rockstar in this field. She goes above and beyond for all of the patients in our department, not just her own section. She allows the days to keep moving swiftly with a big smile on her face while we are running through the mud together. The teamwork she provides to further help make patient care better and outcomes improved does not go unnoticed. The passion and love that she puts into her patient care, teaching, and work ethic, amazes me as a fellow nurse. She is goals! I have seen Amanda go into patients' rooms that are pure chaos and take the time to sit family members down, hold their hands, explain what is going and be able to share true empathy with them. This is not something that is easy to do. She is the type of coworker all units would love to have, and all patients would beg to keep. Keep doing amazing things, Amanda!
