Amanda was so compassionate and caring while I felt so awful and she always smiled, encouraged, chatted and made me feel so much better. She was attentive and answered questions and was just such a light in my recovery. I can't say enough about her skills and abilities, but her smile and manner definitely raised my spirits and made an awful situation bearable. She really is the personification of excellence!
