Amanda was very genial with my wife when she spent several days in CCU after colon surgery. We received very good service from all staff and we were pleased with our decision to stay at Warren for this major surgery. The thing that distinguished Amanda was her smile. She never seemed to think my questions were dumb or whether or not she felt someone was looking. Amanda was always smiling.
I believe her smile is a healing element in your CCU. As I sat with my wife, I looked through the window into the central hallway and other rooms of CCU and no matter what she was doing or whether or not she felt someone was looking, Amanda was always smiling!
After our experience in Warren General Hospital CCU, I believe Amanda is a true DAISY Nurse!
