Amanda goes above and beyond. Not only for her patients but for her co-workers as well. She puts on many hats while on the night shift, such as ER Nurse and House Supervisor. She is our go-to when we have any questions or if we need something. She exceeds expectations for all of her patients' needs and always puts them first. She never hesitates to help on the Acute floor, such as answering call lights or shutting off IV pumps. Amanda has a huge heart and puts it toward helping her patients.

From a coworker's standpoint, I get to see Amanda Good consistently going above and beyond for her patients. She always makes sure her patients are comfortable and that they are receiving top-notch care. Amanda is very knowledgeable and does her best to make sure patients understand everything happening during their hospital visit.

My husband was cared for as a patient and Amanda made sure to thoroughly answer all questions we had. She really helped reassure him about everything and really reduced his anxiety. Along with Amanda being great with patients she also is very positive and a great role model to her coworkers. She is very calm in stressful situations. Amanda also encourages her coworkers throughout their shifts. She is thoughtful and kind to everyone she comes into contact with.

Amanda is always willing to help where needed and does so without a complaint. Her patients are very lucky to be cared for by her. Her coworkers are very lucky to have such a hardworking, caring, and knowledgeable team member.

The ER was extremely busy, patients overflowed onto the floor, actively ill patients. Amanda kept a smile on her face, provided excellent care to her patients, and kept on going without ever batting an eye. Kudos to you my friend, you are an exceptional nurse.
