Amanda Harris, BSN, RN, CRRN

Amanda is a fantastic nurse. She cared for me for several days in a row and took the time to explain everything. She taught me about all my medications, including the new medication. Amanda is very kind, and you can tell she loves caring for people. She was tough when I needed a little push and compassionate when I needed comfort. All the nurses on the unit were great, but Amanda definitely stood out! She should definitely be recognized as a great nurse!

I would like to nominate Amanda - She was my nurse for most of my recovery and was compassionate and patient. She allowed me to move at my own pace. Her kindness was immeasurable and is an asset to your nursing staff. As a retired nurse myself, Amanda is just the type of nurse I loved working with. She doesn't wait for the nursing assistant; she just does the job. She works well with the rest of the staff and is very accommodating to everyone. Please be kind to your nurses and make them feel appreciated. They deserve it!
