From the moment Amanda joined our team as our leader, she displayed leadership which is like no other. She is warm and patient and truly loves to help others. Her leadership style is rooted deep in the principles of servant leadership, and reflects outward in her daily interaction with patients, staff, and other department leaders. She takes time to help others, not because she has to, but because she genuinely wants to help. Her attitude is infectious, and she can brighten your day by telling you a silly joke or reminding everyone how amazing life is. Most importantly, she inspires people to do their best.
