Amanda Hopper, BSN, RN is an extraordinary nurse. Her nomination included many examples of her warm, smiling healing presence and patient advocacy. Amanda's patients often say of her, "She always makes me feel special." Her leaders described Amanda as having "that rare ability to truly listen when others speak and respond in a way that lessens their fears. It's not just the occasional patient, she treats every patient this way."
