Amanda House is the best Nurse Manager I've worked with. She always listens and is quick to help when necessary. She is the perfect example of a great nurse. I couldn't ask for a better leader! Not only does she love and care about her patients, but she also loves and cares for her co-workers as well.
I am always comfortable in discussing work-related conflicts with her because she always knows how to approach situations appropriately. When I had to go to a class for unit secretary, I was nervous about getting lost. Amanda volunteered to walk me down to ensure I wasn't late and knew where to go.
I truly admire Amanda's caring, professional skills. It is truly a blessing to have such a great Nurse Manager that cares so much for bother her co-workers and patients! Because of Amanda's strong skills, I am thankful to be a part of the 6 North family!
