Amanda's bedside manner was awesome! I was always greeted with a smile and a gentle word. Despite my pain, I was always happy when I saw her face. Healthcare is more than meds, a bed, and vitals. It's showing that patients need the human touch of kindness to get better and she epitomized that human touch.
