I just wanted to thank you so much for your kindness and your patience following our two scans. We have met numerous challenges along our journey and meeting someone who has been so knowledgeable, experienced and kind has been such a relief and reassurance for us. I can imagine your job is very challenging at times but I wanted you to know that even though the outcome isn't positive the difference you have made to us is immeasurable and we really appreciate it. This isn't a problem that can be "fixed" but the right person can make sure it's a clear and straightforward journey and sometimes that is the most you can ask from anyone. Thank you and all the best.
