As a person with quadriplegia, staying in the hospital presents additional challenges. Amanda cared enough to spend time with me and my loved ones to find solutions for the challenges I faced. I could not have a loved one stay in my hospital room overnight, and no traditional methods of calling for a nurse were working. Amanda arranged for in-room cameras and found a way for me to call for help. She designated a specific team member as my go-to contact so I could call their name and they would hear my voice and then relay the message to Amanda. This resulted in her providing prompt care. I know Amanda juggled many tasks but she took the time to find a solution that was unique to me. Thank you for going the extra step and making my stay at the hospital more enjoyable.
