Amanda was a breath of fresh air! After all we had been through, between delivery and ultimately coming to visit your staff, Amanda was very helpful. She went above and beyond her normal duties. Amanda is very knowledgeable and explained things in a language that this cop, who is only required to pass tests at 70%, could understand. Amanda showed genuine care and concern for E. She had to leave us to celebrate birthdays with her family, leaving us wishing for her to return and continue caring for E. Amanda showed great compassion for us, which I'm certain she exhibits every day. Thank you, Amanda!
