Amanda was an amazing nurse, seriously the best we have ever had. Our son is on the Autism Spectrum and he has sensitivities to everything. She was just so attentive to him and us and held him during a spinal tap that we were very nervous about because of his sensitivities. He is a strong boy, and quite the squirmier when you are doing something to him that he does not like. Long story short, he was NOT HAPPY to be having a spinal tap done after 2 days of EEGs and an MRI but Mandy was amazing with him. As a matter of fact, they were able to get a Champagne Tap thanks to her.

All Children’s Hospital really is fortunate to have someone as amazing as Mandy on your staff. She truly made our stay here awesome. We have been here since Saturday and she really helped us to make it through with a sensitive kiddo. We normally don’t feel so compelled to compliment someone, but Amanda is so amazing. Thank you Amanda... you really made all the difference in our stay here. We love you!!!!
