She was very professional and very kind. She saw my chart and detected that I was struggling with stress and elder abuse. She listened and talked to me every day. She brushed my hair and braided it, wiped my tears, and put a smile back on my face. She is truly gifted and a blessing to us all. I also want to say that all the staff love her too.
