Amanda McInerney, Brookwood Medical Center's Clinical Coordinator over ENT and Plastics Services in the Main OR. She was described as exhibiting compassion in her care of patients beginning with her warm greetings in Preop and extending throughout her interactions with them in the OR. She is always professional, yet relates to her patients in a very personal and compassionate way, particularly patients having procedures related to a cancer diagnosis. She displays good temperament at all times, including high stress situations and brings a sense of calmness to her patients and team members. She provides exceptional care and serves as an excellent role model.
