My Nurse was very kind and informative. She really cared about me as a patient and reassured me about being a NICU parent. She gave me my first meal after emergency surgery. She was an advocate for my safety and comfort related to supplies like boots and the waffle air mattress. Because of her, I was able to visit my newborn in a cardiac chair after several days of being separated from my daughter. After I was transferred to the rehab floor she even visited me to check on me. She helped me feel more comfortable and safe on my first visit to the hospital.
