Amanda Monroe, RN

Amanda has been very supportive through many changes that have occurred in the department. She goes above and beyond to speak with staff and explain things to our new team members, and build a culture of trust and respect.

Often, the educators do not get recognized for the work they do. Amanda often volunteers to come in and work shifts to support her team. She takes on any project that is asked of her, even if it is not her unit. She is a great communicator and makes sure that she is always asking the team and manager what they need to feel supported. She is imaginative in the way that she educates the teams and supports the management team. Amanda personifies our mission, and we are lucky to have her.
