When you have one of your co-workers on speed dial, you realize what an asset they are to you and the hospital. When I started as an educator, Mandy welcomed me with open arms and mentored me throughout my career.
She has such a passion for her unit. She is constantly advocating for her staff and patients when it comes to education, new products, and new procedures. She is always thinking of new and better resources for her staff. She is on several committees, leads several committees, and is doing so much work to make the 12th-floor transition seamless for the 7th floor.
Mandy is a great role model and has had a significant impact on my career.
